BuyerPass is operated by Next Bridge Advisors Inc., a Delaware corporation. Placeholder terms, not reviewed by counsel — the operating entity, notice address and governing law all need to be confirmed before launch.

What the service is

BuyerPass lets a prospective buyer of a privately held business verify, through their own financial institutions, who holds their accounts and what liquid assets those accounts contain, and share a limited, point-in-time statement of that capacity with a broker or seller. It is intended for acquisition qualification only.

What the service is not

BuyerPass is not a bank, broker-dealer, lender, escrow agent, investment adviser or consumer reporting agency. It does not verify the account holder’s name, does not perform government-ID verification, and does not provide income or employment verification, credit reports, accredited-investor verification, or financing qualification. Nothing on a verification page is a commitment of funds or a recommendation.

Your responsibilities as an account holder

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to connect.
• Publish only your verified total, or a threshold at or below it.
• Share links only with parties you intend to receive them.
• Revoke a link when the recipient no longer needs it.

For recipients

BuyerPass verifies financial information from connected financial institutions and displays only the financial claim authorized by the account holder. The name shown on a verification page is supplied by the account holder and is not verified; what is verified is that they completed a credentialed sign-in at each institution listed. BuyerPass does not guarantee that assets remain available, reserve funds for a transaction, or guarantee that a buyer will complete an acquisition. Treat a BuyerPass link as preliminary qualification, not as a substitute for the diligence you would normally do at closing.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes the first ten qualifying recipient views on an account. This is a one-time allowance for the life of the account, not a monthly one, and it does not reset. BuyerPass Plus is $5 per month and allows recipient views to continue past it. Links are unlimited on both plans and recipients are never charged. On cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid period; after that, any unused free views still apply.

Availability

This is early software provided as is, without warranty. Verification pages may be unavailable at times, including when an account holder’s free viewing allowance has been used.
